PET ODOR & STAIN
REMOVAL

Even housetrained pets have accidents sometimes. Although cleaning up the mess yourself can help, the truth is that pet odors can sink down deep into carpets and grow more pungent with time. Dr. Chem-Dry offers Phoenix-area pet lovers a better choice. Our pet odor and stain removal service goes beyond making your home smell fresher and uses triple action cleaning, which is designed to destroy odors at the source.

You can add our pet odor and urine removal service to any of our cleaning services for a complete and healthy all over clean. With a simple application of our sanitizing pet urine removal treatment (P.U.R.T) combined with our specialized techniques and equipment, we can effectively eliminate the odor as well as the urine stain from your home.

Why is Pet Urine in Carpet So Hard to Remove?

When your pets urinate on your carpets, it seeps into the padding and into the subfloor. This becomes even more of a problem when your pet tends to have accidents in the same spot. When you attempt to clean up the mess by steam cleaning, the urine may spread, which makes it even harder to get rid of. Even replacing your carpets entirely won’t help unless you’re able to deodorize the subfloor.

Dr. Chem Dry’s pet odor and urine removal process has been designed to do just that. Our treatment includes:

  • Thorough cleaning: Our powerful equipment will clean deep into your floor to flush the carpet’s fibers and reduce the amount of urine crystals in order to eliminate, or minimize, the odor.
  • P.U.R.T.: The carpet, pad and subfloor are all treated with P.U.R.T.® to ensure the complete removal of odors. This patented treatment is meant to break up the urine crystals and release the odor in its entirety.
  • Additional Services in Severe Cases: We can flush the urine out of the padding or we can remove and/or dispose of the carpet & padding to treat the subfloor with P.U.R.T.

*Please note that this process may take up to 48 hours to fully dry. You may want to ventilate your home slightly so that the odor can escape. Severe urine damage may take longer to dissipate and may require additional steps if the urine has penetrated the structure of the home or business.
